Tier1 Group was contacted to create a new configuration within the existing space and develop more usable space throughout. Create a modern style and configuration to incorporate new furnishings.
In the kitchen, we removed countertops and replaced with granite and custom built island. Installed new backsplash, under cabinet lighting and power strips under countertops.
New stained cabinetry throughout bathrooms, new painted cabinetry in bar area and kitchen island. Existing kitchen cabinets were painted, glass inserts in kitchen/bar cabinets.
Removed existing hardwood flooring and installed new porcelain tile that looks like wood throughout the living space, carpet in bedrooms and media room. All walls and ceilings were repainted with different shades to define spaces.
The bathrooms were completely remodeled with new walk-in showers, tile backsplash, floors and base trim. Installed new frameless glass shower doors and new lighting.
